1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online shop “Gifies” (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT. Shipping within Germany is free of charge. For orders outside of Germany, a shipping fee of €4.99 applies. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, Apple and Google Pay.

3. Shipping and Delivery
We ship our products across Europe. The estimated delivery time is between 7 and 24 business days. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

4. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving the order without stating a reason. To initiate a return, the customer must contact us via email at hello@gifies.com. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Warranty and Liability
We do not provide any additional warranties beyond the statutory rights. The manufacturer of the product is solely responsible for any defects, damages, or malfunctions. Any claims regarding product quality, safety, or performance should be directed to the manufacturer.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to the collection and processing of your data for order fulfillment and customer service purposes.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Munich, Germany.
